  1. Add a "On Save" trigger to the Project Online Microsoft Flow options

    Currently the Flow triggers related to Project Online are related to published and created values. I would also like to have a trigger related to the on save action. Where I would save on a non schedule PDP and it would trigger a Flow based on that action.

  2. Risks and Issues

    Adding the option of Risks and Issues directly to schedule tasks. Project manager would be able to follow Issues and Risks in real time. See attachments below.

  3. Discussion

    Adding the option of Discussion directly to schedule tasks. The idea is to create discussion in the schedule and link it to Discussion on the project website. Team members would be able to write their own comments and project manager would see the discussion in the schedule.

  4. Attach files to a task in a couple of clicks

    Easy document attachment upload to Shared document (library on the project website). This will allow to link documents with tasks in the schedule.
    So far, they are not connected.
    User has to enter full URL address to custom field, but the URL address is not working in the PWA.

  5. Display windows in separate screens

    I propose to standardize the visualization as in Excel or Word, so to be able to separate the windows of 2 open projects in order to see them in 2 separate screens

  6. Color-code Cards from the Sprint Planning Board

    Would be awesome to have the capability to color-code Cards (right click with font functions drop-list) from the Sprint Planning Board View. Like most projects, Cards (Features) are moved around from Sprint to Sprint and it would be great to have visual trace-ability to compare to Baseline.

  7. Open multiple sessions of Project at the same time

    As a project manager I manage a variety of different projects that have nothing to do with each other so I'm not looking to do a comparison. I need to be able to have multiple projects open at the same time so I don't have to keep opening and closing the files.

  8. Issues and Risks custom columns in OData Feed

    1. we would love to have the Issues and Risks custom columns in OData Feed.
    2. Any custom list at the Project site should be available in OData feed.It would be easy to develop the Power BI report. Although there are ways to achieve it via Passing the Project site URL as function but with 1000 projects, it's very slow since it has to loop through all the sites and lists.

  9. BUG reopening a "compare project" file loses legend

    BUG Run "Compare projects " save and close file, after reopening a "compare project" file loses legend. , loses the ability to show the legend under "Show" filter on the compare projects tab. the functions are greyed out. This is not an individual file issue it happens with a ALL comparison files. See attached screen shot.

  10. The search function in this forum is to broad

    This forum needs a more focused search function for instance if i enter "compare projects" which is an option in Project this forum finds EVERYTHING with "compare" or Projects" which gives 1000 of irrelevant results.
    if you want people to give feed back then make it easy for them with an advanced search function with Boolean such as Compare AND Projects of allow the use of Qutoation around grouped phrases such as "Compare Projects"

  11. "Compare projects"

    After carrying out a comparison report the view which opens up includes timeline. Timeline is no use for me because most of my projects are very long. I would prefer if it opened up with the view that was used at the start of the comparison. It would also help if somebody responded to this request. I know you have thousands

    Enable Phases and Stages project lifecycle management through Flow.

    To be able to decommission current SharePoint Designer Workflows and adopt the new Project service,new Flow connectors should be in place in order to manage project's lifecycle as currently with the classic workflow service.

    There are other products in the market place with this functionality.

    after running a project comparison. The default Gantt chart view appears with "timeline" chosen even though I have ticketed this in master file. It is a nuisance and I then have to turn it off in THREE views.!!!!!!

  19. Details customizable

    on the details pull up, it would be extremely helpful to be able to customize what fields you need to see. for example on the pred and suc details view, being able to see the name of the pred as well as their start and finish dates would be hugely helpful to see what is pushing a current task. I'd also recommend being able to view the entire length and not just a small quarter of the bar.

  20. Have option on recurring tasks to track project or parent end dates.

    Have option on recurring tasks to track project or parent end dates.

    For example for a recurring task that is weekly meetings throughout project, have options, instead of hard set start and end dates, to select start and end dates of project that will auto track those dates as the project is updated rather than having to back to recurring tasks and manually update.
