Configure O365 App Launcher to another PWA Site Collection (Other than default)
The current Project Online button in the O365 App Launcher (Waffle) cannot be configured and only points to the default PWA site. If another PWA site is created it cannot be directed to using this control.
This is confusing for users as this is the most visible navigation method.
An option to configure the file path for this would be ideal.
We have a new default experience that we call Project Home that you can access through the Project tile in the o365 App Launcher. Project Home allows you to see all of your recent/favorite projects across different PWA instances through the click of the Project tile.
As always, thank you for your feedback. As any additional feedback comes up through this area, please share them with us through Uservoice under /Project Home.
Project Home does not meet the need originally posted. Please allow us to configure the file path - in our case we want to scrap the default site collection because it is a mess and would take more work to correct than to start fresh.

I agree with Miroslav. The new experience adds to confusion for organizations not using the default PWA and not the standard create functionality.

I disagree with "Microsoft Project Team" that this idea is completed by introducing Project Online home Page. Project Online Home Page is missing the links to all PWA, "create project" button is trying to create project in in "default PWA" and cannot be used to create projects in another PWAs, you cannot see from which PWA is that particular project coming and if you will have two projects in two PWAs with same name, you will be lost, ...
Please vote for modification of Project Online Home Page at:
You can delete the default PWA, but the tile will still be there and links to /sites/PWA. However, as Jukka wrote, you can add custom tiles.

The Project tile in the O365 app launcher **SHOULD** function like the SharePoint Online tile in the O365 app launcher:
It would bring up PWA sites and sort them into "followed", "frequent" "suggested" and "all", just like the SPO tile does.

You can customize the waffle and add a custom link to a PWA instance.

Also for us, setting the primary instance would be great.
We also would like to see the ability to configure multiple instances (different sites or test/qs/production instances), each with a different tile Image.

This has been an issue with us. We created our PWA without knowing the link couldn't be moved and now it would be too much work to move it. A workaround is to create link at the top of the default /sites/pwa/default.aspx page, but that's not as professional looking.
