Make Physical % Complete editable in PWA
Please, make Physical % Complete editable in PWA schedule views.
As observed since Project Server 2010, throughout 2013 and Online as well, tasks built-in field Physical % Complete cannot be edited. It should be possible as it is editable in Project Professional and its purpose is to enter data manually.
In PWA views (access via browser) clicking on this column makes selection gray (uneditable) in contrast to for example % Complete as shown in attached screenshot.

"Physical Percent Complete" needs equal treatment with "% Complete" and "% Work Complete," as the EVM folks play games with the other two. The preferred reporting method should represent the actual work completed (software modules successfully tested or construction tasks signed-off as complete. The other two have become EVM measures, and relate to how the money has been spent, not how the project is being done. Therefore, it's possible (with mismanagement and the wrong technical people) to spend all the money and be left at the end of the task with a half-completed, non-working product. Frustrating.
