  1. Ability to show link lines between rolled-up items on summary bars

    Ability to show link lines from a milestone/task on one summary rollup and connect to a milestone/task on another summary rollup. Ability to control the thickness, color, striping of any one of those link lines. This will enable us to control visualization different kinds of links (like primary, secondary, tertiary, or links for different capability threads). Suggest creating a flag field titled “Show Rolled Up Successor Link”.   2. Add a Baseline Type Field

    For an organization that requires distinct baseline types, provide a baseline level field that can be used to select the type of baseline data stored in that specific baseline. An enterprise LUT could be used to allow customization of the allowable baseline type selection values, but only a value in the list can be selected. When using the Set Baseline window, a part of that window shows the baseline fields along with a create date. Include this new field as part of that display.   3. Display Remaining Work in Time Phased Grid Format

    Currently, there is no option to show the ‘remaining work’ field in a time phased view. The user needs to do a manual calculation of the difference between Work and Actual work for each time period in order to discern how much remaining work there may be in a set time period. Not having the remaining work displayed in a time phased view, prevents the user from easily discerning the work expected during a given time period to assess if there are any potential issues.

  5. Search capabilities for Deliverables and Dependencies

    Introduce search capabilities in Deliverables to easy retrieve deliverables and add additional columns to have more information on deliverables with searching and sorting capabilities.

  6. Duplicate existing portfolio analyses

    It would be good, if one could create a new portfolio analysis based on an existing portfolio analysis in order to follow up on the evolvement of a fixed portfolio set without having to click together each time the same scenario.

  7. Export pdf in a consistent way

    I want to be able to create snapshots of a tracking gantt view in a consistent way and export them to pdf.

    At the very least an options menu in the PDF export would be nice.

  8. Resource Engagements - Notifications

    Resource Engagements - A notification should be sent to Resource Manager when Resource request is submitted. Also, a notification should be sent to respective PM when a request is either approved or rejected by Resource Manager.
    Currently, there is a provision of reminders however notifications are required to notify PMs/RMs involved in request process.

  9. Add Trigger To Create Baseline

    Add a trigger to workflow, MS Flow, or elsewhere to allow automatic creation of a baseline.

    Example: I would like to setup a workflow to create a baseline once a certain phase has been completed. Must be able to specify what baseline to store it as, or specify an alias if that suggestion is implemented.

  10. Color-coding for Tasks on Timesheet Page

    It would be really helpful if the tasks can be color-coded on the Timesheet page view. That would make it easier to input work hours in the right task line. Attached is an example in Excel.

  12. task schedule avoid tasks

    I would like to see a dependency option for schedule this task which cannot happen at the same time as these other tasks. This may be for a number of reasons, but for example, there is a change freeze on an environment so no tasks for that environment can be scheduled at this time, so I want to put a task representing the change freeze, and then other activity tasks need to avoid this task.
    This the change freeze task moves then the dependent tasks could move.

  13. Supply the Status Manager in the TimesheetLines table on creation/submission of the timesheet.

    Supply the Status Manager in the TimesheetLines table on creation/submission of the timesheet. Currently the status manager only appears after approval of the status update. This would help in governance and support.

  15. kitchen remodel template

    There is currently no home remodeling or interior design template available, yet many homeowners often remodel kitchens, baths, and other areas in their homes. There is only a new home construction template, which does not really apply here, as furniture, cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, etc, all have to be ordered in a timely fashion, following design and budget programming.

  16. Engagement Timephased DataSet Odata update

    Improvements to other Timephased DataSets have been extremely helpful. I would like to see similar efforts applied to the Engagements Timephased dataset as it is a pain to manually refresh!

  17. Add Agile tasks in the Software Development template

    In place of tasks for Develop Code and Unit Test, provide a Sprint #1 summary task with detail tasks for design, build, test, demo, and a deliver milestone.

  18. Task publishing, don't drop from previously submitted timesheets.

    When you select "no" on "publish" for a task, it removes from resource management views, future timesheets, and from being able to be added to future timesheets - that's great. However, past timesheets are a historical record.

    I know this information is available from oData and reports I create from that, but that's a step too far for many resource managers.

  19. Allow search functionality when adding resources from an Enterprise Resource Pool, to return a specific resource when you enter a name.

    Currently, you can only search the Enterprise Resource Pool by the list defined in MSP. If you to build a team from various departments, it would be much quicker to be able to search by name or surname and have those options returned to you.

  20. When administrative time is approved or disapproved an e-mail should be sent to the requestor.

    Currently an e-mail is set when administrative time is requested, I'm requesting that an e-mail is set when administrative time is approved.
