Add a bulk publish functionality
Add a bulk publish functionality. Now every project has to be published one by one
FluentPro FluentBooks allows bulk edit of projects and resources, you may want to try this tool

This functionality would be a huge time saver

The "Publish," "Save," "checking-in" "refresh the PWA online web page" could use some work. There is a lot of clicking and waiting for something to process. Clicking refresh to see if it processed ... rinse and repeat. waiting around that could be solved with a simple console. (A console other than Microsoft Edge.) Having said that the fact that this works as well as it does amazes me)

We're currently looking to build/buy this as well. Here are our use cases:
(1) Linked projects (either master/sub or sibling-sibling) with linked dependencies where a change upstream can be made and published and all the downstream projects can accept the change and be re-published. In our environment all users are portfolio managers, but understand that in a broad scenario there might be permission considerations
(2) Multiple projects managed by a single PM that are all affected by an external event and need to be "bulk updated." Having the PM check out, edit, check in and publish 20 schedules that have all had the same 5 changes is tedious and furthers the argument that "Project is too cumbersome" to use

Plus bulk edit... like using a project center view but in edit mode so you can edit the displayed fields. It stinks having to do this individually via PDPs or by setting up a CSV and running powershell. Neither one is very user friendly and a reason we're having trouble democratizing the use of Project Online for smaller projects led by operational staff instead of project managers.

Agree. Quite honestly, the fast way to accomplish this is Microsoft could buy one of the Bulk Publishsolutions already out there, tweak it, and include it in the next version.
