Show all items from a project when adding to Roadmap
When we try to add items from a project, it is cumbersome to ‘search’ for something specific.
It would be nice to have the list show up with multiselect- checkboxes, so that multiple items can be added easily.
It would be awesome to have the 'Outline' feature from the schedule available so that the lists can be expanded or collapsed.
And finally, ability to connect to a specific view from schedule webpart will allow admins to build several views that might just be milestones/summary tasks etc.,
a button for collapse all or expand all would be helpful
I agree. It would be nice to have the option to bring in all the summary tasks and/or all the milestones tasks, instead of selecting one by one.
However we should always have the ability to manually remove the tasks we don't want to display.
