Allow better Extensibility in the CDS
Allow programatic editing of the entities for Project for the web. Such as editing all Project/Task fields, creating new Tasks, Assigning Resources to tasks, etc.
This will enable users and Partners to extend the Project For the Web platform and integrate with other applications.
This still appears to be an issue with the upcoming Project Operations release. I have tons of customers where this is a showstopper preventing them from moving to this solution.

We are evaluating Project for web as Project/Program management solution. However extending the project capabilities with additional attributes, Edit/Update project & task using API or Power Platform is not available yet. This is deal breaker for us to proceed MS plan.
Wrike and other PM tools provides complete suite in cloud for project management solution. Microsoft is lacking in feature and miles to go.
Project for the web is released prematurely. Looks it is not even ready for community preview. I see Microsoft Teams user voice is very active in user participation and MS engineering team. I wonder if Microsoft investing any budget and resources for Project for web. With current state of Project for web, 10$/user/month is not worth of investment to any organization.

This would be great and would allow us to integrate with Azure DevOps to better plan and follow the progress of our development !

This added functionality would open up a whole new world for customizations and integrations.

Great comment. We are seeing a rise requests for customized forms or apps in MS Teams for Project for the Web. This would be help propel customers and organizations who want to tailor their existing applications (Microsoft or non-Microsoft) and much better leverage P4W.
No need for a separate connector, just allow to create/update/delete Projects/Project Tasks via standard Common Data Service connector available in Azure LogicApps and Power Automate.
Please provide a full featured connector or open source it as per the planner connector.
