Pull Planning or Collaboration Planning
Create a space where mutiple users can set cards in (dependency order) and talk through the process of who should go first in a sequence. When the team all commits to each other on the plan duration, scope and sequence, then you can firm up plan and set it as a project schedule (assignments, buckets and names of activities can then be created from that and a lot of the scheduling building is done by the subcontraced work force and or other stakeholders. THERE IS A HUGE MARKET FOR THIS!!
