Hi everyone!
I have read through the comments, and we have a new update that may benefit some on this thread.
We have just announced that we are supporting read-only access for Projects & Roadmaps with an O365 license within a tenant. You can learn more here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/project-for-the-web/office-365-user-view-access-to-project-and-roadmap

An error occurred while saving the comment We're sorry that you had a negative experience. You are correct that we don't support guest users yet. I did want you to know that you can assign the tasks placeholder resources so you can track who is doing the work. This help article can walk you through it - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/project-for-the-web/create-nonuser-resources-in-project-for-the-web

An error occurred while saving the comment This is possible. To do this click the item in the roadmap to bring up the details pane. In the pane under Connections you should see the name of the task the roadmap item is linked to. If you click that, we'll take you to the project and task (if using Project for the web) the item is linked to.
Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment You are correct that the limit is 500. You can find all the limits for Project for the web at the bottom of this article - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/project-online-service-description/project-online-service-description

Hi everyone – thanks for the feedback so far. In regards to Planner & Project for the web, we are definitely listening to these scenarios and thinking about how to improve them!
Would helping import from Planner to Project be helpful in this case, and enabling teams to work in Project?
I read a lot of comments on making sure we can leverage full Planner capabilities in Project, team members being able to see and complete their task, and not wanting to “re-write” and “move” tasks over. Are these the most important scenarios for us when thinking about this area?
An error occurred while saving the comment Hey all - just want to reiterate that this is the "Project for the web" forum within UserVoice. If you're interested in something with Project Online (PWA) or Project Online Desktop Client, please make sure you share those suggestions/comments there with regards to a Planner integration!

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for posting this. The thinking is there would be an option to go into planning mode and while in planning mode your changes aren't automatically visible to everyone. You would get to choose when to make that edition of the project visible to everyone.
Do you think this makes sense? Would love to get more feedback.
Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the suggestion. Project for the web does support project level calendars in addition to resource level calendars. This article has more information to get you going https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/project-for-the-web/create-and-apply-a-work-calendar

Hi all -
You can now add the PWA project summary task in the Roadmap UI and its dates will stay updated. Note that this works with only new PWA connections to Roadmap.
Thanks for the feedback!

An error occurred while saving the comment Sai, we are still in development like the status states.
Kris - Can you create a separate Uservoice entry on this? Or add to a current entry with some details? A similar existing UserVoice thread is on showing non-linked phases in Roadmap. This will help us a ton!
Thanks ~J

Hi Julian!
I hear you on that – I wanted to make sure you knew we had the Sprint Start and Sprint Finish dates in there. We’ve heard similar feedback before, so now that your request is more clear, we’ll listen to more feedback and see what the best route is.
There’s a scenario of a hybrid classical method alongside the scrum ones, which is why we want to make sure we can still support that.
Thanks for the feedback – we’ll keep listening for this one. I’ve also marked this back to “Under Review” so more users can vote and comment on this.

We only have this functionality in Project Online Desktop Client aka the Subscription mode. If that's what you have, you may not be on the latest channel.
Hope this is helpful!

Hi -
Have you tried using the Power BI Content Pack we’ve created? It comes with awesome reports that show summaries of all of your projects, and more! It has portfolio level reports, project level reports, and even resource reports.
Here’s a link to learn more –

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Ian (and others!)
This is interesting feedback - we view the model between Project and Planner a bit differently - which is why we link a task to an entire Planner plan. We haven't seen a ton of scenarios for 1:1 tasks in Planner and Project, since we see that a large task may encompass an entire Planner plan.
We'd love to hear your feedback on how the current model can be improved on with more integration. Currently, we have a link, but what else would make this feature more valuable to you?

Have you looked into the new Project Online Power BI Content Pack? It includes report pages on Issues/Risks at a portfolio and project level. You can download that and take out the pages and charts you don't need. It's available both through Power BI and on GitHub. Let us know if that is what you're asking for, and we can update the status of this. If not, let us know what you would have expected/more details on what this ask is in regards to.

Hey there,
We’ll look into this and see what we can do to make sure we are supporting this scenario.
Thanks for pointing this out!
Cheers,

You actually can turn on notifications for resource engagements. As long as you have notifications turned on for your tenant, when you go to Resource Center, select the resources you’d like to receive notifications for, then in the ribbon click “Request Reminders”. This button should be visible next to “Print”. If you don’t see this button, then it likely means that notifications are not turned on for your tenant.
Hope this helps!
As for oData feeds, this might be better addressed in a new suggestion.
