Please add a task 0, to get on overview of all effort (work) and start- and enddates on project level, instead of summary tasks on level 1.

The calculation behavior only occurs when resources are assigned to a task, so I miss the point of the message above. As stated earlier, please keep it simple to my opinion. Let a user put in the start and end dates of tasks, the effort and assign the resources. No calculation needed at all to my opinion, just a intelligent Power Bi report showing me the outcome of all effort (in time, per resource). That will give enough insights to reschedule work, or duration or assignee. No blackbox please.

This is blocking further use and roll-out of Pftw currently. Please fix ASAP. To my opinion Project does not have to calculate at all (fixed work, fixed duration, fixed units). It only adds complexity. Let a user tell Project the startdate, duration and work and who is going to do the work. The heatmap in Power Bi will tell if the planned effort is feasible or not.

    Hi everyone!

You might have noticed that you can filter by string on the Grid view. You can now filter on task names and assignees (check the top right corner of your projects!)

I’m marking this as partially complete, as I know there were many other asks here. Please continue sharing your needs and scenarios around filtering.

    Thank you!

This is a must have to my experience, working with three proof of concepts at customers.

    Hi everyone!

This is something we’re thinking about – but we’d love more feedback from you.

Can you share specific scenarios that you need for resourcing? What information do you need to be successful? What actions do you take as a result of this information?

Please share detailed scenarios for us to understand what you need, this will be very helpful to us as we improve Project!

    Hi everyone!

We really appreciate your feedback about this topic.

Everyone now has the ability to add attachments to tasks in Project for the web!

We are also looking into bringing other Planner features into Project for the web. Please keep letting us know what you would like to see.

    Hi everyone!

I’m updating this to “partially complete” as we have finished rolling out the “Copy Project” feature. You can access this by opening a project, clicking on the title to open the details pane, hitting the “…” in the top corner, and then the Copy command.

You can get more details, tips and tricks here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/copying-projects-in-project-for-the-web/ba-p/1477766

We’re still thinking about the specific templates scenario and reading your comments below. Please try the feature out and let us know what other feedback/improvements can be made.

You can now create local custom fields for your tasks!

Under the “Add Column” button in the grid, you’ll find a new menu option to create a New Field. Click it!

    - Add dates, numbers, text, and flags to help you organize your work
-Filter tasks by the contents of your fields
-If you have limited screen real estate, edit the values for fields in the task details pane

It seems to me custom fields can be added in the CDS entity that is being used by Pftw. I, for myself, added various fields on Project level.

Totally agree - the standard view is not giving a descend amout of information of a specific customer.

When deleting a project, you can keep the conected project site by default. You can find the site via PWA settings, Connected sites for example to archive it's contents. What is the background of this question?
