Hi all!
For all new projects, you are now able to set Effort and Duration independently of each other for tasks with assignments. When Effort is set, Duration will not change.

Hi all!
Thanks so much for your feedback. I’m happy to announce you can now add attachments to your tasks in Project!
You can use this new feature by opening your task details in Project. The add attachment button is available at the bottom of that pane.
Please let us know what you think of this new feature!

Hi all!
Thanks for the suggestion. We’d love to understand more around this scenario.
Would you be adding tasks and milestones? Do you ever expect to connect this row to a project, or create a project? What happens after the proposal state to the row? Why else would you be creating blank rows and tasks? Would you have a roadmap with both types of rows?…
The comments below are very helpful already, so please keep them coming! We want to better understand why customers need this scenario fulfilled.

Hi everyone!
Thank you for your feedback. For now, you can use an API through Powershell to import .mpp files in Project for the web. You can learn more here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/import-project-desktop-files-to-project-for-the-web-api/ba-p/2031298
We are also looking into other ways to support import. Stay tuned for future updates.

You can now add a Project or Roadmap as a tab in Teams! In your Teams channel, click the ‘Add a Tab’ button and search for Project or Roadmap. You can add an existing project or create a new one specifically for your team!

Hi everyone!
You can now access “Copy Project” by going into a project, clicking on the title to open the details pane, hitting the “…” in the top corner, and then the Copy command.
You can learn more about Copy Project and get Tips & Tricks here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/copying-projects-in-project-for-the-web/ba-p/1477766

Hi there! You can use the “CDS Connector” in Power Automate to access the Project for the Web entities. They are only read-access right now.
You can look at examples here: https://github.com/OfficeDev/Project-Dynamics-Issues
Hope this helps!

Hi all!
We appreciate the feedback and understanding your scenarios! As we plan/develop this, we would appreciate continuing detail on how you would use this, where you would use this (row level/item level), and how this would benefit you.
Thanks again to our Uservoice community!
