Hi everyone!
Thanks for the feedback on baselines. I’d love to hear more, and get a discussion going to understand the needs and usage here.
What’s the most important set of information in a baseline? How often do you take baselines? How often do you compare baselines?
For those of you who have not previously used the desktop client or Project Online, how have you been tracking baselines on your projects?
Thanks!

We are starting work to enable native notifications in Project for the web. We will share updates as we have them.
You can also set up customized notifications through flows in Power Automate. We have published two templates you can use, and customize You can learn about them here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/new-flow-templates-for-project-for-the-web/ba-p/1384140

Hi all!
We just announced that anyone with an O365 license or Plan 1 license will soon be able to access Roadmaps in read only. You can learn more here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=60646
Regarding the other scenario in this thread (re: everyone that has access to a roadmap can modify everything), we are still thinking about this and similar scenarios, so please keep sharing your feedback and experiences!
Thanks!

a guest access may be good enough It should be alowed for O365 customers but even from other tenants different than the Project Manager's only to keep data safer.

Hello everyone!
Thank you for your feedback here. We are in the process of rolling out the ability to export your Project to Microsoft Excel.
This feature should be available to everyone by the end of this week.

Hi everyone!
This is something we’re thinking about – but we’d love more feedback from you.
Can you share specific scenarios that you need for resourcing? What information do you need to be successful? What actions do you take as a result of this information?
Please share detailed scenarios for us to understand what you need, this will be very helpful to us as we improve Project!

Hi everyone!
Thank you for your feedback. For now, you can use an API through Powershell to import .mpp files in Project for the web. You can learn more here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/import-project-desktop-files-to-project-for-the-web-api/ba-p/2031298
We are also looking into other ways to support import. Stay tuned for future updates.

Hi, when a customer share their mpp template, i would like to move them all to web, it's crazy to have to migrate line by line to the web. This is a must do feature to get people over project on the web

Hi everyone!
I have read through the comments, and we have a new update that may benefit some on this thread.
We have just announced that we are supporting read-only access for Projects & Roadmaps with an O365 license within a tenant. You can learn more here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/project-for-the-web/office-365-user-view-access-to-project-and-roadmap

Totally!, customer has to believe everything I say or need to review the status with me. that's insane. Give them read-only or view-only ways to see the chart

You can now create local custom fields for your tasks!
Under the “Add Column” button in the grid, you’ll find a new menu option to create a New Field. Click it!
- Add dates, numbers, text, and flags to help you organize your work
-Filter tasks by the contents of your fields
-If you have limited screen real estate, edit the values for fields in the task details paneLearn more here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/announcing-custom-fields-for-your-tasks/ba-p/1680549

Baseline provides the snapshot to compare how we're going and we can move the dates during the project without forgetting the original plan.
We need to get baseline at least from Schedule Gantt chart,
