    Hi everyone!

You can now access “Copy Project” by going into a project, clicking on the title to open the details pane, hitting the “…” in the top corner, and then the Copy command.

You can learn more about Copy Project and get Tips & Tricks here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/copying-projects-in-project-for-the-web/ba-p/1477766

Please let us know what you think and continue to share your feedback with us!

I agree. I constantly find myself collapsing everything before I start working , every time I need to refresh and every time I want to show something to a stakeholder. I suggest that the Grid view is collapsed by default.

I support this idea. We are thinking about using one Project for the entire organisation, so that everyone is aligned and not working in siloes. However, having a limit of 500 tasks make this idea a non-starter. I guess there are performance trade-offs, but please consider. The same applies to the maximum amount of resources of 150. I guess we'll have to aggregate our projects to get to a single view (in Power BI), but that will require discipline in terms of naming convention and may not be practical.

I also agree with option 2. Would love to use the 'Group by Assigned to' feature. We are thinking of using one Project for the entire organisation, so that everyone is aligned and not planning in siloes. For us to do this, it becomes almost essential to Group by Assigned to, otherwise the number of tasks makes it impractical. Your own tasks gets lost between the rest.

Plan 3 can work for program / project / product managers, Plan 1 for product owners taking strategic objectives into the teams, but it would be great if non-licensed team members can all have view-only access, so that everyone can see the bigger picture on demand.

    Hi all!

We would love to learn more about this suggestion. What types of Jira projects are you expecting to connect? What type of Jira issues would you want to bring in? What interactions would you expect with the Jira connection in Roadmap?

Any comments and suggestions here would be helpful for us to better understand this scenario.

    Thanks!

    Hello everyone!

Thanks for your feedback! You can now customize and extend the Project app without purchasing additional Power Apps licenses, making it easier for your organization to tailor Project Plan 5, Project Plan 3, and Project Plan 1 to meet your business needs.

Read more about this on our blog: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/customizing-and-extending-the-project-app-just-became-more/ba-p/1878008

This is now available. To use, search for the Roadmap app in Teams. We also have a Project app for viewing the project schedule. All Office 365 users will have read-only access to any project/roadmap shared with them so add your project/roadmap to Teams to help the team collaborate.

Please let non-licensed users also be able to view a roadmap or project in Teams. We need to be able to share with everyone on the organization and buying licenses is a non-starter. Then I’ll rather stick with Planner, which is a pity, because I love Project for the Web.

    Hi everyone!

We really appreciate your feedback about this topic.

Everyone now has the ability to add attachments to tasks in Project for the web!

We are also looking into bringing other Planner features into Project for the web. Please keep letting us know what you would like to see.
