Yes, Please! As a project manager I want to be able to manage my project in MS Project, but task assignees don't typically use MS Project. Everyone in our company, however, is using Teams. If task assignees could manage their assigned tasks in MS Teams (receiving tasks, updating tasks, completing tasks) in sync with my plan in MS Project, this would be a silver bullet!

Hi everyone – thanks for the feedback so far. In regards to Planner & Project for the web, we are definitely listening to these scenarios and thinking about how to improve them!

Would helping import from Planner to Project be helpful in this case, and enabling teams to work in Project?

I read a lot of comments on making sure we can leverage full Planner capabilities in Project, team members being able to see and complete their task, and not wanting to “re-write” and “move” tasks over. Are these the most important scenarios for us when thinking about this area?

As a project manager in a large company that has fully embraced MS Teams, I would like to be able to manage my projects in MS Project but have the tasks show up for assignees in the Tasks app for MS Teams (now called "Tasks by Planner and To Do"). If assignees can see and update their tasks in the Tasks app, and those updates sync back to my plan in Project, that would be ideal.

As a project manager who uses MS Project at a company that has fully embraced MS Teams, I would like assigned tasks to show up for assignees in MS Teams on the Tasks app (now "Tasks by Planner and To Do). Assignees can then update those tasks in the Task app and feed back to my project plan in MS Project.

As a project manager in a company where everyone uses MS Teams, I would like to be able to manage my projects in MS Project, assign tasks to various users, and have those users see & update thier tasks in MS Teams so that I can see feedback regarding status-updates, notes, percent complete, etc... in my plan via MS Project.

More than read-only access... I would like to be able to assign tasks to assignees who can view and update their tasks in MS Teams (similar to Planner, but I can manage the larger project in MS Project).

Agreed - If I could manage a project in Project, but assignees could receive, update, and complete tasks in teams (ie in Planner), that would be ideal.
